You just can’t always prevent unfortunate morning situation that may come your way, although you can always prepare for your morning to make your rest of day to be more productive.

Jump off the bed immediately

The snooze button doesn’t add any quality sleep minutes to your sleep because it has been interrupted. You might thought that snoozing means listening to your body, but it isn’t because those extra 5 minutes or so snooze is considered as low-quality sleep which risking you to be grumpy and less productive throughout the day. Jump off the bed immediately as soon as you’re awake and tidying up your bed. The small accomplishment of make your bed tidy is a good small victory to start your productive day.

We get dehydrated over the night, especially when you had to take a leak in the middle of your sleep. A glass of water or two will replenish your body hydration. Keeping your body hydrated as the day starts, helps promote a sustained flow of blood to your skin and releases toxins from your system. It is recommended to start your day with 2-glass of room-temperature water. You can also add a slice of fresh lemon or cucumber for refreshing taste.
Meditation

Some people might not necessarily feel an energy boost from meditating, but because it helps us to think more effectively and efficiently, it should make for a much more productive day. It is also suggested for you who want to start the day with a clear head, but if you’re less inclined toward that commitment, just a few deep breaths can also do the trick. Breathing has been shown to reduce stress and improve your brain and heart health. The whole idea of this is to calm you down, slow down and focus your thinking and let inspire you to think more productive.
Exercise

Exercise releases Endorphins which can reduce stress hormones and help you to start your day with a positive energy. If you spend most of your days sitting down, you can use this moment to stretch out your muscle right when you wake up. Stretching will improve blood circulation and help to correct your posture. It is the most important meal of the day, so it makes sense that you starting it with healthy food. In the morning our metabolism works better, that means your body is better on turning your meal into energy that you need on the morning. Eating within about two hours of waking up allows you to store enough energy before you head out the door. Include some protein, as well healthy carbohydrates (like fruit or whole grains) in your breakfast. Remember to include some coffee or tea in your breakfast. It helps you to stay alert.
Plan your day
