There are many productive routine habits to keep you motivated, productive and get the most of your day. These routine habits are supposed enabling you to work smarter instead of work harder.
Let’s begin :
Save emails to draft and send later

Ever have the urge to send email at random time yet it is actually past your recipients working hour, which probably going to make your email pushed down to their bottom of reading list?
Then don’t hold the urge, continue write them and save it to drafts for you to send later. If you are familiar with mail service then there should be an option for you to set a schedule on where to send it at a convenient time. Writing it in advance giving you some extra time to carefully choose the right words to use to ensure your message delivered.
Accomplishment List vs To-Do List

I’ve been mentioning a lot on having To-Do list in order to make you to be more productive. Here I’m gonna share an advance use of a To-Do list which is an Accomplishment list. The idea is very simple, other than making a list of things that you want to do at the beginning of the day, by the end of the day you write down a list of things you have accomplish that day.
It helps you to stay productive and motivated because you will realize how much you have accomplished in a day. This will gives you a better mindset you don’t feel as much weight down with stuffs to do. This habit works well for those who are struggling making a To-do list.
Tidy up everyday

This one thing will keep you productive by giving yourself a time to tidy up everyday, or just organize your life like a half to an hour at the end of every day. A Tidy and Organized workspace could gives you a better ability to concentrate. It also would save time on the next day before you start work.
The half to an hour time could also give you some times to steam off after work and gives you a good mood as well seeing your surroundings are organized.
Wake up without looking at your phone

You could be more productive if you avoid looking at your phone the first thing when you wake up. Get up and do your bed immediately as soon as you press that morning alarm dismissal button on your phone.
When you dive straight into e-mails, texts, and Facebook, you lose focus and your morning consumed to the wants and needs of other people. It’s much healthier to take those precious first moments of the day to do something relaxing that sets a calm, positive tone for your day. Jumping right into your phone has the opposite effect. Start your day fresh by consuming fresh fruits instead of consuming social media posts. By doing this you’ll get your brain into a better state of mind to start the day.
Have errand day

Allocate 1 day of your week where you just run some errands like groceries, doctor appointment, having treatment, home improvement things. Allocate this so your other days won’t be disturbed and you can focus with your work and meetings. It’s always nice to have one day and get all your stuffs done.
Stay Productive by being Proactive !
